As of August, 2001, it has been 6 months since I started my job with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and I have decided to join in the madness of the Society's largest fundraising program. On January 6, 2002 I will be running in my first ever marathon (26.2 miles!) with TEAM IN TRAINING - the world's largest sports & endurance training program - with efforts of raising funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Along with my training, I have set a fundraising goal of $2,500. This money will go towards research, patient services, and education for leukemia and other blood-related cancers.
With the help of good folks like you, our program raised over $73 million dollars last year!

With this said, I will not only appreciate your much needed prayers and encouragement for my training, but also your donations (however large or small) to help in the fight for a cure.
